Dondakaya Pachadi

Ingredients:
Dondakayalu : 2250gm
chintapandu : 25gm
Endu mirchi (Red chillies) : Half dozen
PAchi Mirchi (Green Chillie ) : 1/4 tsp
Aavalu (Mustard seeds) : 1/4 tsp
Jeelakarra (Jeera) : 1/4 tsp
Senagapappu : 1tsp
Minapa pappu : 1tsp
Refined Oil :25gm
Pasupu (turmeric powder) : pinch (chitekedu)
Salt (uppu) : as per taste
Preparation Method :
Heat oil in pan,fry avalu,jeera,endu mirchi,senagapappu,minapa pappu in heated oil.
mix donda kaya pieces in the above pan.
add turmeric powder,salt,chopped green chilles,chintapandu and fry for 10min.
grind this mixture to a fine paste.
Donda kaya pachadi is ready.
