ulli garelu

Ingredients:
minapa pappu : 500gm
ulli payalu (Onions) : 250gm
Allam (ginger) : small peice
pachi mirchi(Green chillie) : 10
karivepaku (Curry Leaves) : one bunch
salt : as per taste
Refined Oil : required to fry
Preparation Method:
wash and soak minapa pappu.grind into paste after a hour(minapa pappu must be in broken state).Add salt per taste.see that water is not more before grinding.
now add chopped ginger,green chillies,onions,curry leaves to the above paste.
ee pindi ni muddhaluga chesi thadi chethi meeda paluchagaa adhi banali lo kaaguthunna noonelo erraga veyinchandi.
nooru oorinche ulli garelu ready.
